"First, This hotel is far from the Airport, or maybe it just seemed far because the shuttle driver to almost 45 miniutes to get to it. Second, my room was not ready or cleaned Third it smelled really bad. Fourth, my reservation was set for the wrong date. I don;t know who's mistake that was but i sure know that it wasn't mine. Shuttle driver needs to be a little nicer."

"the receptionist was surly and wouldnt deal with the problem we had (and never did) when i asked to see the manager i found out that no one was on duty that day. in fact i think the receptionist was in sole charge of the hotel and that is why she was so rude. it took ages to check in and out, the rooms are dirty (obviously no supervision on the cleaning). i would avoid this hotel."

"I waited for an hour and half to be picked up at the airport, talked with others who waited longer. When I arrived, Staff were arguing in front of customers and when someone else asked to speak with a manager they were told none were on. While waiting to check in, somone in front of us was missing a piece of luggage and when they asked where it was they were told that staff didn't know. They showed the clerk a signed luggage recipt and was told that that person no longer works there When they asked what they should do they were told "It's not my problem" by the clerk. Pool was dirty and unusable, lots of traffic on street in front and hard to get into parking lot. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE......"
