"This was the worst experience in motels in my life.
1) the promised shuttle closed at 9 and we were not made aware of this.
2) the floors and rugs were filthy
3) the elevator often didn't close and the man at reception had to come and push the doors closed from outside in order to get the elevator going.
4) Didn't have iron, ironing board or hair dryer
5) wall paper was falling off in the room
6) bathroom was filthy
7) restaurant food in Ramada was cold and often had to wait for food to be brought out
8) room crawling with ants or some kind of bugs"

Irons are available upon request. Non-smoking and handicapped-accessible rooms are available.
